I added salt and pepper. Excellent!
This version is so much healthier than the ones you purchase at the store or restaurants as the cream is where most of the calories are while this recipe calls for broth. Very tasty and a healthy choice. So good!
I do something similar; although, I don't use bacon. I also use low fat plain yogurt instead of the evap milk. I add the yogurt in the last 5 to minutes of cooking. I also add tarragon. YUM!
Does the nutritional info take into acount th fact that you are not draining the bacon grease out? I wonder how much that affects things since 2 slices of bacon in the tracker assumes just the crispy part...
