How many "muffins" does this make? Trying to understand the portion size and nutrition info. Thanks
Good but very crumbly - they fell apart when I took them out of the muffin tin. I used all ground beef (98% lean) and substituted low-sodium soy sauce for the Worcestershire sauce. Also added garlic.
