I don't like the use of protein powder in anything and avoid it completely. I used a kiwi fruit and kumquat - and it tasted good.... Submitted by:

Better than average but not what I expected. I will have to try again using VANILLA protein powder as I usually use unflavored protein powder to increase when I can use it. I did freeze the pineapple as suggested. Submitted by:

I will try without the protein powder and add a fresh banana. Submitted by:

I can't eat pineapple, so I used Kiwi. I also switched out the protein powder for an egg white. It made for a fluffy, creamy treat. Submitted by:

Made the recipe exactly as written and it tasted great. However, I only got a 16 oz yield. I recalculated the ingredients in case the ones I had were different numbers. My ingredients came in over 600 calories. High fat and high sugar. Will make again but only for a meal replacement after work Submitted by:

Skip the protein powder & use fat-free Greek yogurt - more protein, and no artificial ingredients. 1 cup has 23 grams protein, 130 calories, 9 grams carbs, 0 grams fat, 85 mg sodium. But you can use less if you choose. Submitted by:
