Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Having no protein powder, I hope it doesn't change the taste much.
I don't like the use of protein powder in anything and avoid it completely. I used a kiwi fruit and kumquat - and it tasted good....
This was very good - I also omitted the protein powder as I don't enjoy
Better than average but not what I expected. I will have to try again using VANILLA protein powder as I usually use unflavored protein powder to increase when I can use it. I did freeze the pineapple as suggested.
I will try without the protein powder and add a fresh banana.
I can't eat pineapple, so I used Kiwi. I also switched out the protein powder for an egg white. It made for a fluffy, creamy treat.
With protein powder almost any fruit or veggie is good.
My sister would like this, for me there is not enough fiber.
Made the recipe exactly as written and it tasted great. However, I only got a 16 oz yield. I recalculated the ingredients in case the ones I had were different numbers. My ingredients came in over 600 calories. High fat and high sugar. Will make again but only for a meal replacement after work
