Wonderful flavor! Consistency of salsa, but if pureed could be pourable. A little confused by nutrition info. I entered ingredients using no salt added tomatoes and 1/2 c chopped onion (I used dry onion). Cooks down to about 1 1/2 c, so 10, 2T servings: cal-22.3; sodium 136.8. Great condiment!
