I made this recipe but replaced the onion and cucumber with cucumber salsa (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro) and, not being a vegan, I used fat free mayo. In a whole wheat pita with alittle lettuce for more crunch, AMAZING! Thinks for the recipe!
