I don't care for mangos so I subbed with fresh pineapple. I know that will change the calorie count, but it was well worth it.
I love this for breakfast, as a topping on fat free greek yogurt. Yum!
This is going to be yummy! Being a vegetarian I have it all in this recipe....protein, fruit & lite on the sweetener...
