Made w/ whole-wheat pita, fat-free mozz., and added Italian seasoning, cayenne. Tasted bland and unpizza-like til able to find turkey pepperoni. Added 4 slices, 2 mushrooms (additional 22 cal.). My whole family loved these, my 5 yr old asks for it all the time now. For my sandwich I used 45 calorie bread instead and it came out really good! Submitted by:

I like to use some luncheon beef meat, add some tomato slices, and maybe some thyme (if I feel the mood) for protein/carbs/ fat combo. Got rid of the sauce, used cheese slice.

Bout three hundred cals or so. YUM!

Wonderful! I used Fiber One Multigrain bread for the added fiber, and added some ground turkey (only because my boys won't eat anything unless there is meat in it!). Very delicious and simple to make, will definitely be doing it again! Submitted by:
