Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

To reduce the Carb Count I will reduce the potato content. In it's place substitute Kohlrabi, Rutabaga, or Daikon. For those lovers of Turnips they can also be used. However Turnips tend to make the consistency looser and wetter.
This is a nice change without adding a lot of extra calories.
Add garlic fine. Horseradish, never. I mash my potatoes in the water they cooked in. Saves the vitamins that cooked into the water and avoids the added calories from broth, milk or cream.
I'm going to make this with Mashed Cauliflower instead! Lower carb.
Low carb and low cal. Great combination!
