Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Very easy to make. I added garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste, over brown rice.
This really looks good, but the sodium level (685.1 mg.) seems really high so I wouldn't be able to share it with my mom. Does any one have any suggestions where I could lower the sodium without effecting the taste?
This is a guilt-free version of an old family standby. Thanks for posting. We enjoyed it as well as the full fat original!!!
Made this for supper tonight served over noodles. My husband, son and I absolutely loved it. Compared it to stroganoff without all the fat. Will definitely have it again - maybe next time substituting venison for the chicken.
