Looks good; wonder what the sodium content would be if all the beans, tomatoes, chicken broth and taco seasoning was low sodium.
Calorie-wise this is excellent. Unfortuantely I cannot tollerate that much sodium in one meal. It certainly is healthy, however. I will pass with deep regrets.
