Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I enjoyed the sauteed cabbage but I used Caraway Seeds instead of Sesame and ground flax to add fiber. I also added 3 oz. of ham steak and a tsp. of Kosciusko Spicy Brown Mustard.
I have to add a little bit of unsalted butter. It seems to bring out a richer flavor. Yum!
