This is my favorite Hummus recipe on Spark! It's so good and perfect as instructed. MI've used raw and roasted garlic and recommend roasted for the more delicate flavor. I also recommend going with a 1/2 teaspoon salt, at the most. I've made it with 1 t and it was just too much. Thank you so much!
