Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I make this side dish a couple of times per month. It is a great substitute when you are having cravings for mashed potatoes. It goes great with meatloaf! I agree with BFRG1513 about having to recalculate the nutritional info, but that wasn't difficult to do with only a few ingredients. Thanks!
Sounds great, but nutritional info needs refiguring. Only 1 med head cauliflower is included. Cream cheese and butter need to be added. Even so, I can't wait to try it!
