This dressing has a nice flavor. However, the 1 tablespoon serving size is unrealistic unless you are just having a little side salad. Personally, I like a big salad as a meal and that takes at least 2 Tbsp. of dressing. So this recipe is too many calories and too much fat (healthy or not) for me.
