This is the same recipe I use. Have been making it for years. I use Stevia for sweetener with a T. of honey and sub dates instead of raisins.I'm a nut lover so I put in walnuts or pecans. Of course you will have to add in the calories for the nuts and honey.Love these!! Submitted by:

I use this recipe too! Its very good, and fits quite well into any plan. Being fat free, the muffins do tend to toughen as they sit, but that's to be expected. Submitted by:
