Super healthy salad that is easy to make, tastes delicious, and is full of fresh veggies and herbs
Not truly home made...but yummy!!! Calorie info may not be quite that high per serving as you generally have sauce left over in the dish.

Easy homemade pasta sauce with mushrooms & spinach served over whole wheat pasta.
This "pasta" dish is so light and yet rich--you'll never guess the "cream" is made from sunflower seeds. The white beans add buttery flavor and protein. Make this when the garden overflows with tomatoes, basil and zucchini.
My boyfriend made this one night when we were hungry and too lazy to go to the store. It was so good and very filling!
