Nutrition & Calorie Comments

According to the website:
If there is no salt in the Liquid Aminos, where does the salty taste come from?
The salty taste comes from the soybeans that are used to make Bragg Liquid Aminos. There is no salt added of any kind (land or sea). The naturally occurring sodium from the soybeans.
Sounds great! I love the small corn tortillas at only 50 calories each. I can have more than one and it feels like a real meal.
I don't use braggs and buy salsa with low salt. Also use less in a taco and more lettuce and tomato. Suits my taste.
I checked the ingredients in the calculator. It is the 2 cups of Salsa that makes the sodium content so high.
This is a great meal - very satisfying. Using Braggs and home made salsa keeps the sodium very low...
the nutrition info is based on soy sauce instead of the Braggs amino which I imagine isn't as high in sodium.
WOAH!!! WATCH OUT for all that sodium!
