good protein!
This burger is incredibly easy to make and delicious. The feta adds a slightly salty tang and the mint is subtly refreshing, but not overpowering. I put some tzatziki to the inside of a mini whole wheat pita and threw in some sliced cucumbers and tomatoes with the burger. Absolutely delicious!
These were very good. Even my 16 yr old nephew liked the. I used 97% turkey breast (that was what I had on hand), reduced the fat even more and they were still moist! Added a dab of mint jelly on top! Will definitely make again!
