Nutrition & Calorie Comments

My husband and both picky eater children LOVED this recipe! We paired it along with Roasted Zucchini and Yellow Squash for an easy 200 calorie dinner!
I have tried this and it will be a favourite in this household. More ways to to serve this if you have the calories in on bread of some kind, and in taco shells
Made this recipe and I must say that using a store bought BBQ sauce is not the best way to go. You can make your own BBQ sauce with a lot less calories and it will taste better. For this being a finalist recipe in the contest, it fails by comparison.
Looks good, but I can't figure how you came up with the calories. Did you measure the drained off marinade and take a percentage of that and add to the recipe calculator? Any way I try, I get way more calories and more carbs, and I tried light and reduced carb BBQ sauce nutritional info. Thanks.
Most shelf bar-b-que sauces already has some sugar in it. You can even buy it with honey. Give me a recipe with natural ingredients.
Tried this yesterday and my DH and I loved it. Even my mom loved it. I am going to try it again. I would like to reduce the sugar content though - any ideas?
Loved it myself! It was so easy! I didn't have any honey in the house, but substituted sugar free maple syrup and was delicious! My daughter said it was some of the best chicken she'd ever had and she's picky!
Sure wish sugar would be included in NI. If you are trying to avoid added sugar, this is not the recipe for you.
For the people looking for a low sodium BBQ sauce, I've made this myself and it's really good.

Super easy. Great taste without the fat.
The recipe for BBQ sauce seems to be missing. Nutritional info would depend on the sauce recipe.
They sound great, I'm just worried about the sugar content in the BBQ sauce - along with the Honey
Need to cut the sodium in 1/4.
This sounds really good - if I could cut the sodium a bit it would be perfect.
