Not bad! It taste like diet food! I have had alot tastier but of course very fatten! This is okay but I kept putting tons of salt on it!
Tasty and a nice change up from the tasteless fat-free packaged polenta. It's easily made vegan by using unsweetened soy milk, vegetable broth and soy cheese. (I used real cheese as I'm not vegan!)
