I use 1/2 fat free 1/2 reduced fat cheeses. 1/2 ground chuck 1/2 ground turkey. Low sodium beans. You could use ALL Fat free cheese, and all ground turkey, or chicken rather the beef.
Oh and btw, 1/6 of the orginal recipe is only 440 calories.A whopping 1470 in sodium though, and 19 grams of Fat!
