I don't like commercially made chicken noodle soup so I came up with my own--my family loves it! I usually use Better than Bouillon chicken flavor and add 2 tsps to the water. Using Dreamfields pasta gives me additional protein and few carbs. Enjoy!
I made my own dressing with honey, dijon mustard, white wine vinegar and soy sauce. I used Bragg's Liquid Aminos, which tastes like soy sauce but is so low in sodium. It is made from fermented soy beans.

This is a quick sandwich that is nutritious and flavourful. Use leftover roasted or deli chicken. Make it your own by adding whatever you like in chicken salad. Sometimes I add some finely chopped onion and celery. I don't find a need for margarine or mayo on the bread.
A tasty, healthy and filling vegan dish. Fat can be reduced by using cooking spray instead of oil. Salt can be omitted if you prefer, but taste is a little less intense that way. This is spicy, but not hot.
