Quick and tasty. Something to switch-up your regular pancake breakfast.
I found these on a web site, someone else had tweaked the original recipe to perfection. I made mini muffins with the first batch and plan to make big muffins next.

Simple and small, about 100cal with a solid 8g protein. Higher in carbs b/c of oats and pumpkin puree. Very healthy!

vegan-french-toast/recipe/ and added in some protein. I didn't have banana so I subbed applesauce. It's a bit mushy but still yummy! If you use less bread and just pour a ton of batter over one slice it's like a big pancake french toast.
These are very simple and filling. They are fairly low carb, but the morning is the best time to eat carbs anyway!
Add any toppings or add-ins you like and adjust calories as fit. Make these ahead of time to grab and go in the morning, or make a ton at once and freeze them!
Any brand of protein powder should be fine, but I prefer Labrada Pro-V160.
This unsweetened muesli makes a nutritious but slightly sweet breakfast. Add 1/2 cup soy milk to make it a good fast meal without too many calories (if you have time, let the muesli soak in the milk for about 10 minutes).
