Turkey wrapped hard boiled egg breakfast

Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal
mix oats, soy milk, salt, and dried fruit of choice,(optional) , in a medium bowl.Cover and refrigerate overnight( can be refrigerated for up to 4 days )Stir and serve.

Brown turkey sausage. Chop the swiss cheese and kales. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into an 8x8 greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
