Great and fast lunch

with Dijon

I wanted to make my own frozen sweet and sour chicken. I make 8-1 serving batches and put them in a freezer bag to have for my lunch. I pull them out of the freezer and cook in the microwave for about 5 mins or until thawed and hot.

This recipe takes quite a bit of time to prepare - but the reactions I've gotten have been great! Just remember - less tomato paste will mean a firmer meatball. I think I may have used a bit too much. But for a first-attempt it worked well!

I got this recipe from www.tarladalal.com - there are loads of tasty dishes there - I just wanted to put it into my tracker on SP! Indian dahl dish- makes seven portions of 2 ladles per portion. Im going to freeze this and use it for lunches. If you like indian food- you will find this yummy I think ! :)
