I love the Kettle fried turkey breast from Costco. I cut it up into 4 oz portions (120 cal). In the morning I take 4oz turkey, chop it up and add any fruit, or veggies I have. Add a tablespoon of lowfat mayo and you have a delicious and helathy luch!
