This is a twist on the original knorr spinach dip. It is low carb, low fat, good protein dip that tastes great and is wonderful with baked chips, celery, lettuce leaves, and other raw veggies.
Easy to Make! Use any flavor no sugar added applesauce for a different taste!

went to my local lebanese bakery and had them weight the dough and the cheese that they use....not so sure about the dough on this one - i just put in pizza crust and have no idea the weight - its 135g but SP only let me put in 1"serving"
1. Add Olives to food processor and coarsely chop.
2. Add Walnuts and olive oil to food processor and chop finely.
I was looking for a new snack to try. Rummaging thru my cupboards I remembered a fatty full calorie dip I love and remade it into a pinwheel style roll up. It's yummy!
This is yields approximately 35 half cup servings. Fruit, Chocolate & Crunch!
It's a huge batch - but most of it may be eaten on a road trip - and any left overs can go to work.
