This recipe is for a soft serve icecream maker... Although you could make in any icecream maker, but it does get pretty hard after it is frozen. You may need to thaw slightly before scooping.

This is a cake originating in costa rica and nicaragua. Many people use it in mexico also. It isn't the best for you but is a great treat. It is very moist and is great with fruit on the top!
