I use an 8 and 6 count muffin pans. This can be done in a 12 and 6 count but are a bit smaller muffin.
A healthy and delicious alternative to the regular apple crisp. Just the right amount of sweetness. Nobody will guess it was made with Splenda.

I sometimes make some Maple Sausage Patties to go with it, but it's just great by itself, too. I also make this for dinner, but it's a great breakfast. I also add A LOT of broccoli to mine, but start with 1/2 of a 10oz bag. For some people that might be more than enough.
These are so easy to make. You can make the batter the night before and store it in your refrigerator (in the blender). The next morning, just pour and enjoy!
This was my first try making ANYTHING with whole wheat flour and I have to say It turned out very good. I searched through some other whole wheat pancake recipes and found one that I could make my own. This is it!
