Nice and sour! Uses protein powder, frozen mixed berries, lemon juice, Balkan-style yoghurt, and cane sugar to balance the tartness (you can use honey or another sweetener if you prefer). I'm trying this out now after not being able to eat my favorite treat for a while, which was freezing light nonfat yogurt, especially those chocolate yoplait delights, because they have artificial sweeteners. The proportions of the ingredients seem right, so we'll see!
