I found this recipe while looking in Allrecipes really enjoyed it
New recipe I came up with. I used 10 vanilla flavored tea bags and ran a ten cup pot of water through them twice. Then I did the same thing with mint tea bags. I added fresh mint leaves to the tea to steep for about 15 minutes and added 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract to the simple syrup for some additional vanilla flavor.
It is just sweet enough!
I wanted a smoothie that had whole grains as well as fruit. So this one has two servings of fruit and a serving of whole grain! :)
Creamy, delicious! Tastes too good to be so low in calories! Very filling!
