These are an easy fish taco that tastes super awesome. I have a separate recipe for a fish taco slaw that i use as a topper.
I love fruit with pulses, so really enjoy this. It's nice garnished with
sliced tomatoes.
Prepare all mentioned in a blender except sesame seeds, chick peas, lentils,edamame and salmon.
Cook the lentils and Chick peas while preparing other items.
Be sure to soak chick peas in water with a little baking soda for at least an hour and rinse all beans very well.
Never boil fresh soup, just bring to warm and serve, add sesame seeds as garnish. Boiling destroys valuable nutrition. Green onions or cilantro is nice too!
