combine, flatten on wax paper on cookie sheet, chill 15 minutes then cut 12 down and 8 across, chill again, then leave as is or roll, each in a ball, can coat with something of your choice if desires (not in nutrition info.(cocoa,confectioner sugar, ground nuts)
1 cup of walnuts chopped, finely
1 cup of flax seed, ground
1 cup of dried prunes, chopped finely
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup of lemon juice from a fresh lemon
zest from 1/2 a lemon
combine in food processor, then shape into one inch balls, store in container with lid. May freeze, if desired.
A cheese sauce that can be changed by using different cheese. Use it for pasta, chips, anything...
LADIWOLF59 sparkmailed this recipe as I wasn't impressed with the plain Fava Bean recipe that I had tried.
Original recipe calls for oven at 350º F. This burnt the beans within the first 30 minutes. If I ever try this again, lower oven to 275º F.
