Put all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a food processor or blender and blend till oats are ground and mixture is smooth.
Place mixture in a bowl and stir in 1/2 of the chocolate chips.
Scoop into greased mini muffin pan, top with a few chocolate chips on top and bake at 350 for 12-14 min.
Cool before removing from pan.

I love these and so does my 7 year old daughter! The calorie count does not include the lettuce, it's ony for the filling because some people may want to use more lettuce and less filling (like me) and others may want more filling and less lettuce. Plus there are several types of lettuce, I like to use Bibb or Boston lettuce. I like to squeeze lime juice over each wrap but this is optional and not included in the calorie count. This makes a great pairing with brown rice or you can omit the lettuce and put the filling directly on top of the rice, either way it's a great meal!
