This is a cold weather fall dish that will please anyone who like's a Rueben sandwich
This just like the old staple of pudding, vanilla wafers, and banana. I just made it with skim milk, sugar free pudding mix, and fat free cool whip. I personally made 3 servings out of it which were a really good bowl size, but if you put it in cute little dessert cups, you could definitely get 6 servings; so it's really up to you. Very delicious and a nice treat!
