These Meatballs are excellent to Freeze or for a Pot Luck. Can also be cooked in a crock pot for an appetizer.

Cabbage and Ramen Noodles make a quick, easy and unique meal or great potluck dish. With the hot sauce, it is reminiscent of a plate of buffalo chicken fingers with coleslaw--but much healthier! You can also mix in sliced almonds--also delicious, but I wanted to keep the fat and calories down.

My favorite pasta salad. If I am not feeling cooking too much I eat this.

The colors of this salad are absolutely amazine - purple, orange, pink, green. And it is delicious. I always make a double recipe for pot-luck picnics and there's never any left.
If you don't have pine nuts, you can use any other kind of nut for a little crunch - or just leave them out. Enjoy!
