A 1:1 mix of lemon juice and olive oil. I use 1/4C each to make 4 2T servings.
This has more a of a zip to it and is not as thick as the original. I like it this wasy
I prep my ingredients and keep in separate bowls in the frig and mix together in a serving bowl at meal time and use Low fat Italian dressing .
