This is a variation of the Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie out of the Nestle hloiday cookbook. It is made with fresh pumkin not canned. and splenda, it is very Yummy.
So good! You can add soy milk or honey if you want, but the pineapple juice does it for me! You can't even taste the spinach!
Mix Oats, wheat germ, flax seed, walnuts, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl whisk sugar free syrup, splenda, mollasses, oil, vanill and egg white. Add to oat mixture until well coated. Bake at 250o for 30 minutes, stir and bake 30 minutes more. remove from over and mix in cranberries. Cool and store in air tight container.
