I invented this when I was too sick to want to eat but needed some nutrition. Its a very flexible recipe, you can substitute with whatever you have on hand!
My vegetarian ( or vegan) version of Jambalaya. I'm easy on the heat but you can add more cayenne pepper and some Tabasco to taste. If you want the recipe more soup-like, you will probably want to add more water.
This makes a thick oatmeal so you can add additional water, milk or even applesauce if you like it thinner.
Adapted from Mark Bittman's Food Matters. Versatile and so simple to make that there's no excuse for having the expensive, sweet and fattening commercial varieties ever again!
From vegetarian.about.com Very moist! Doesn't need the frosting.
These are great brownies that I found online - I'm not the author but I've had the recipe for so long Im not sure where I got it - Thanks whoever you are!
A great way to jumpstart your metabolism in the morning, in the afternoon lull, or before or after a good workout! Fresh syrup and Grade B syrup give your body the vitamins and nutrients while the capsaicin kicks your metabolism up a notch when you need it most.
Wonderful to eat as finger food or when you need a side dish you can throw in the oven and forget about.
Soy milk can be replaced with regular milk and fresh pinnaple can be replaced with frozen (I like Trader Joe's Pineapple Tidbits).
Also, if you have one, it's easier to make in a single serve blender (The Bullet or the Rocket).

A word of warning- don't skimp on the olive oil. I know it's tempting, but it's a healthy fat and it's absolutely necessary to prevent sticking and to get the correct flavor in the first steps of the recipe.
This is my favourite guilt-free dessert and is so easy to make!! . . . the perfect late night snack if you need to cheat a little . . .
A Vegetarian alternative to the classic Chicken Noodle Soup. This soup is hearty, flavorful, very low cal, and full of good for you veggies! The broth can be used in other recipes as a substitute for veggie broth, which I hate, or any meat broth.
I read about people taking fish and covering it with salsa and then throwing it in the oven. It sounded really tasty minus the fish, so I thought this simple dish up.
