This is a great alternative to pancakes or waffles for those with wheat/gluten allergies. I love to top then with cooked apples and drizzled with a bit of honey. Yum!
I use this basic smoothie recipe when I am in a hurry and do not have time for an elaborate breakfast. This is very diverse in that you can switch flavor of yogurts, fruits, etc. Just adjust your calories when doing so. Best of all it is not complex and does not call for fancy gourmet ingredients that most people either cannot afford or find. Enjoy!

these had more calories than I thought they would but maybe if you substitute apple sauce for the oil it would be better.
