This granola is a great base recipe that you can add to to make it your own. It is fortified with wheat germ but still tastes great. You'll see from my measurements I approximate a lot of it and it still turns out great. (add honey, vanilla and apple sauce to taste- I like mine on the sweeter side)

Bacon, greens and tomatoes. Almost any kind of greens will work. Swiss chard is good, but so is spinach or baby bok choy leaves.
Serve with salad for a delicious, light dinner, too!
