These are a modified recipe I made for blueberry muffins. It cuts down on the amount of white flour used and uses whole wheat flour instead. The yogurt makes them moist.

Take 2 cups crushed ice and blend with one cup milk add 1 cup stawberries and 2 tsps. fat free sugar free cheesecake pudding and blend
Spread bread with margarine (can use butter); cut into cubes.
Pour bread cubes in baking dish; sprinkle with cheese and shredded ham slices.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard. Pour over bread cubes, cheese and Ham.
Let set overnight. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
