OH MY GOODNES;42 CALORIES A MUFFIN?! These are mini muffins, I repeat, MINI-muffins. They are small, so don't get your hopes up (sorry). You can also use a normal sized muffin pan to make 84 calorie muffins.

1 loaf Texas Toast
8 large eggs
3 cups 1 % milk
6 Tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
chocolate protein drink
milk fat free
2 chicken sliced chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olice oil
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
half red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
pinch of ground cumin
I revised this recipie to be a little healthier by switching the flour to whole wheat, and by using honey instead of sugar. Very yummy!
