Amazing zulu sauce from the Bengal BBQ in Disneyland. I used lite soy sauce to cut sodium and I put it on just about anything! I use it for veggie kabobs for my vegan friends and on beef for my boyfriend and I. Just amazing.

This Recipe is one that my grandmother gave me. It is great in the summer time as it has a nice fresh taste. It goes well with bbq or anything you serve in the summer time. This stuff tastes like a millon but is very low in calories.
I got this off of Care 2 and it was inspired by the Classic Zucchini Cookbook by Nancy C Ralston, May nor Jordan and Andrea Chesman (storey Books. 2002).
I have changed this to be more in tune with this site.
I have added Whole Wheat Pastry flour instead of unbleached. I also added walnuts.
This is a nice cool , lowfat,fruity salad my Grandmother used to make.It tastes so good on those hot days.Leftovers are even good @ breakfast.
The dressing for this salad does not have any oil so if the salad sits the pasta will soak up all of the dressing. Add the dressing and Parmesan immediately before serving.
I HATE lettuce, but I loveeee this burger. Best burger I've ever made or had!
This is an extremely healthy salad (look at the nutritional information!) It is filling and tastes great. Serve as a main dish with bread or a side dish to grilled chicken or fish.
