A throwback recipe of country/homestyle green beans, just like my grandma used to make. Definitely not "low fat", but can be a low carb treat.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, turn out onto a floured work surface and knead for a few minutes. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes.
Break into 8 pieces (or 12 pieces for dinner rolls) and shape to your likeing. Let sit on prepared cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
