I got this recipe from Kraft.com, but tweeked it with Quorn vegetarian "chicken." Even my husband loves it with the fake chicken. The caloric total does not include rolls.

This is a flavorful and healthful snack for parties and pot lucks at work. And, since it does not have mayo, it is safe for summertime events. If you want it with a little kick, add jalapenos to taste.

Tex-mex seasonings add great flavor to this nicely textured burger. Beans and oats together create a perfect protein.
Too tasty. Seriously. And way too easy to make. This chicken can be oven broiled or grilled, but the results are always fantastic. (I prefer broiling it...the spices make my kitchen smell soooo good!) I've also used this recipe for extra-firm (gluten free) tofu with great results!
Halibut with a sweet and salty marinade, great for cookouts or family dinners. I make this dish gluten free and casein free, but this recipe will work fine with regular ingredients, too.
This is called a salad but it is more like a salsa. I have also eaten over greens and it is tasty that way too. Half a batch makes quite a bit so that is typically what I do.
