I made these using all Splenda sugars, instead of the original Splenda recipe which calls for regular brown sugar.
Also switched out the butter for light butter (not margarine). You can switch out 2 eggs for 1/2 cup of egg beaters if you like, and you can also use 1 cup white flour and half a cup wheat flour if you like.
Results are cake-like cookies. Not like you might be used to, but wonderful none the less!
An almost guilt free indulgence! Similar to my other chocolate cake recipe, only using sour cream which gives the cake a moist and chewy texture. This cake is good enough you don't even need the chocolate chips in it!

incredible low carb dessert , fast, easy to make and can use fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries insted of blackberries. you can use orange juice to soak the berries to make it OK for the kids
Same as chocolate cake recipe, but more vanilla extract and no cocoa. Baked for 12 minutes in 12 muffin/cupcake pan at 400 degrees
