originally taken from foodnetwork.com but changes made to the recipe to make it low fat and low carb.
This is a modification of some other watermelon pies, I like the flavor of the rasberry jello better, and though you can make the crust less cals/fat with a fiber one ceral...for me its all about time! I easily get 10 servings out of this, possibly 12 which will reduce the per slice amount. Down to 100 cals and 2.5 grams of fat. Its very sweet, and not something you'd want a ton of anyways...but will fill that sweet craving!
These easy, delicious peanut butter oatmeal bars are a healthy version of rice crispy treats - 3 ingredients - all good for you!
A low fat/low cal. version of my mom's Strawberry pretzel squares. Great for picnics, brunches, cookouts...this dessert holds up well and is light and refreshing.
Apple turnover, with a kick of fall spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground ginger! Plus, no added butter! Enjoy without the guilt!
These brownies are great and totally guilt-free!! No added sugar except what is in the coconut milk. A great coconutty flavor enhances the chocolateyness. I know I'm making up words, but that's the only way to describe these!
This recipe is nearly vegan (and can be veganized by simply replacing the regular chocolate chips with vegan ones!) and cholesterol free! No eggs! The ground flaxseeds replace the eggs in this recipe. No added cow's milk! Just yummy coconut milk! No oils derived from animal products! And they taste AMAZING!
These cookies are great snacks...a good way to get some whole grain and a MUFA in your diet. They are simple, organic, and sugar free.
My family loves these cookies - they turn out soft and oh so good!
Made with granola, honey in place of sugar and greek yoghurt
Great for breakfast, Base is easily adapted to be gluten free.
So flipping delicious. Not a healthy version, but a family favorite
A recipe I found on allrecipes and lightened up. You could lighten it up even more by topping with fresh or frozen fruit of your choice.
These cookies have less fat, less sugar, and the addition of some whole wheat flour. This is the only recipe that I have made that come close enough to regular chocolate chip cookies to satisfy my cravings.
These are THE MOST amazing desserts I have ever had!!! They taste just like Reese's cups and friends and family both love them! They are not a dieters friend, but one half of these truly does satisfy the sweet tooth.
