Here's a recipe to give you the best of both worlds. Your dessert and your protein.
Easy, no bake recipe from years ago at WW. You can substitute Jello Sugar Free Pudding Cheescake flavor, and also add a few drops of coconut or almond extract. Taste just like cheesecake!
Defrost the fruit for about 2.5 minutes in the microwave. Add ingredients in a blender or mixer. Pulse until you get a sorbet-like consistency. Eat right away.
*Skip greek yogurt for a dessert under 100 calories
*Add 1/2 a small banana if you don't want it too "tart"
*Add 1/4 cup of raw spinach for extra nutrition (blend separately from yogurt with fruit first to allow for better blending when the yogurt is added)
