Great for breakfast, dessert or a snack. Tastes great and is healthy. Kids will love this and not even realize they're eating healthy!
Low-fat and easy cake to make. I don't usually use cake mix but I couldn't find a recipe for strawberry cake, and my friend wanted it for her birthday. As with all cakes, be sure not to over mix. This is a very moist cake.
This is an alternative to a high fat cake because peaches are used in place of oil and egg substitute instead of whole eggs.
